Freelance yarn indenter in the local market of Faisalabad. Mainly dealing with hosiery producers and exporters.
Responsibilities:
* Communicating with existing buyer
* Sourcing the required yarn from mills/ local market
* Discussing and finalizing with either of the parties pricing and delivery schedule
* Looking after deliveries and payment confirmations
* Providing any document required from either of the source
* Keeping record for future references
* Ensuring all formalities are filled to avoid any future problems with any governmental organization
* Looking for new customers
* Coordination with customer/buying houses
* Price finalization with buyer/s
* Managing production and planning department to ensure timely realization of the order/s
* Managing futuristic sales through developments
* Finalizing commercially out sourced operations
* Keeping track of day to day record
* Coordinating with buyer in case of any problem
* Communication with buyer.
* Coordinating between buyer and internal departments.
* Abridging buyer and designing/ sampling department
* Sample development and submission/dispatch
* Passing on proper information along with prototype to the relevant department well in time to avoid any surprise.
* Coordinating with purchase department for appropriate stock building in accordance with buyer’s futuristic requirement
* Coordinating in respect to costing
*Coordinating with accessory and trim suppliers through purchase department for correct purchase as per buyer’s requirements
* Collecting data regarding scheduled inspection
* Conducting inspection
* Report writing with on floor product pictures
* Sample collection
* Report and sample submission
