The lebanese red cross created a unit called Disaster Management Unit to support Syrians refugees in lebanon in many projects like: relief and wash. As a team leader i was leading a team of volunteers during projects, prepare the tasks, organize meetings between local manager and volunteers, and report daily to the headquarters.
