VP BUSINESS MANAGER - (Inbound & Outbound Sales):

In continuation of appended success story, my job role was further enlarged as Business Manager/National Sales Manager to look after Liability Sales Portfolio as well. Now currently managing both industry largest Inbound & Outbound Sales Team comprise of Inbound Sales (500 PBOs & 200 PBMs) & Outbound Sales (1200 BDOs, 14 RSMs, 54 ASMs and 200 Team Leaders). Managing & Developing largest Islamic Bank Liability & Asset Portfolio worth 600 Billion Rupees. In short span of 8 months (May-17 to Dec-17) per BDO productivity increased to 3.6/BDO/Month from 1.65/BDO/Montth (Jan- 17 to Apr-17) with an increase in 2 M per BDO.

In light of performance as a Regional Sales Manager, I was elevated as Business Manager for Inbound Sales Force with core assignment to transform Personal Banking Structure into high performing Inbound Sales Force for the Bank. Over a short span of 1 Year as a Business Manager revitalized the Relationship Management Structure of the Bank by building strong Inbound Sales Team comprise of Personal Bankers & Personal Banking Managers along with Central Team (SBU) stationed at MBL Head Office.

Executed Industry largest Centralized Tagging & Load Balancing Exercise with the objective to stream line portfolio ownership worth 550 Billion among 500 (PBOs & PBMs) for subsequent Relationship Management of more than 1 Million customers exist in 571 Branches spread in more than 143 Cities of Pakistan. Transformation Exercise was successfully completed phase wise and by aligning basic fundamentals of the liability & asset business i.e Portfolio, Performance (PAM Score Card Model), Sales, Relationship Management & Business Analytics. As a result of these initiatives, sizeable growth has been witnessed on YOY basis over the last 3-1/2 years in Sales Productivity, Cross Sell Revenue, Product Per Customer and ETB/NTB CASA deposit portfolio of the Bank. YTD Achieved 6.67 Mln/PB monthly compound productivity against target of 6 Million/PB/Month, similarly achieved 420K/PB Car Ijarah monthly productivity against target of 250K/PB, AMIM 500K/PB/Monthly productivity against target of 500K/PB/Month along with substantial increase in ADC sales productivity during the Year 2016.

AVP REGIONAL SALES MANAGER -LIABILITIES & TMU :
Working as a Regional Sales Manager- liabilities & Tele-Marketing Unit in Liability Sales Department of Meezan Bank at Head Office Karachi. Managing & Developing Meezan Bank largest Regional Liability Sales portfolio of 18 Billion Rupees with CASA & TD split of (70:30), through a Liability Sales Team and Tele Marketing Unit, which includes 6 Area Sales Managers, 30 Team Leaders, 170 BDOs placed in 90 Branches and 12 Cities of South Region including (Quetta, Karachi & Sukkur).


KEY INITIATIVES & PROJECTS MANAGEMENT AT MEEZAN BANK:
 Premium Banking:
Key Part of Premium Banking Launch Initiative & Lead Project Team at Meezan Bank. Responsibilities include Product Development & liasoning with different Departments.
 Tele Marketing Unit:
Taken Initiative of Lead Management and Tele Marketing Unit at Meezan Bank and successfully launched & Managing.
 Mobile Banking:
Part of Mobile Banking Core Research Team at Meezan Bank.
 News Letter:
Part of Editorial Team of Meezan Bank News letter- PAGES.
 Al-Meezan Mutual Funds:
Part of Al-Meezan Mutual Funds Sales Management Initiative at Meezan Bank.
 Liability Product Sales Management Reports (LPSMR):
In order to better monitor the performance of Liability Sales Team, taken an initiative and part of Project ‘To Develop In House System Based MISs’ with the support and collaboration of IT Department.
