Helping and assisting passengers during thier flights, I am providing an excellent customer service in a professional manner, I am always trying to achieve the target in customer satisfaction and straggling to reach the customer's expectations by providing all the informations required and serving properly .

Responsible for transport passengers with reduced mobility, VIP passengers, unaccompanied minors within the Passenger Terminal Complex to transfers departure and arrivals .whilst complying with utmost safety because safety and security is my first priority .further assisting passengers in loading and unloading of the luggage from the buggy, ensuring if the equipment is in good condition and well cleaned or not and communicate effectively with the shift supervisors. Reporting any incident or accident on the spot to immediate in charge .in addition to that I’m doing the coordination in all arrival flights during the peak time and I allocate buggies on the right time to provide a good service after that I make report and update all flights in MRS ARRIVALS .
