Project Scope: General construction and expansion of the existing Bu Hasa oil pad hubs, the gas lift phase II and the produced water re- injection phase I and II. Which includes new oil gathering system, new gas compression facilities, and new produced water injection network as well as the upgrade of the water treatment facilities in the existing plant.
Duties & Responsibilities
Provides technical and engineering support and guidance to site teams. Worked as ADNOC Approved job performer.
Monitoring and updating the performance of site electrical installations. Undertakes general Project Engineering studies and activities Deploying site manpower allocation based on the work open fronts. Plan and execute Pre-shutdown, shutdown and post shutdown
activities.
Leading all the site installation in various plant areas throughout the
BUIFDP Project such as Central Degassing Stations, Remote Degassing Stations, North Gas Injection Plant, Water injection clusters, Plats and HUB’s, 33KV PSN/SN Substations, GLCS, etc.
Leading General site electrical installation works such as 33KV/3.3KV/415V Panel installation works, UPS installation, Transformer erection, Cable containment installation, cable laying & termination works, earthing & LP system works, Field DB/JB/ lighting and small power installation works, etc.
Ensuring safe, reliable and environmentally responsible site installations.
Ensuring activities comply with relevant industry/company codes and standards.

Project Description:
1. Project: Downtown Dubai Development, Boulevard Heights. Client: Emaar Properties
Project Scope: Design and construction of two residential apartment towers (Tower-1, 53 Floors Tower-2, 47 Floors) with 3 basements, podium &retail areas.
2. Project: DT1 Residential Tower by Ellington properties. Client: Ellington properties.
Project Scope: Design and construction of residential apartment tower with 16 floors, 1 basement, podium &retail areas.
Duties & Responsibilities
Overall coordination and design check with the MEP sub-contractor concerning electro-mechanical systems such as Electrical system, ELV systems, telecommunication system, HVAC, drainage, plumbing, fire protection, swimming pools, lifts, irrigation, and other external /landscape works.
Reviewing quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications & quality and collaborate with MEP department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials.
Assisting the MEP Manager and, Project Engineer & in document control to ensure accuracy and consistency of quality documentation including, manuals, certifications, records, quality plans, and inspections.
Conducting internal inspection and after verifying the work done, carry out inspection for MEP contractor material and work along with subcontractor QA/QC and MEP consultant.
Preparing weekly progress reports for the MEP weekly technical and commercial meetings to verifying the MEP work progress and to check the works are not delayed as planned.
Coordinating with the project planning department for execution of work according to the activities planned, start and end date, as per the approved work plan.
Assisting internally QS and Planning department for update MEP system/work progress.
Coordinating with civil construction managers and project engineers to arrange site clearances for the MEP work front.
In change for arranging temporary power for Crane, Hoist, Cradles, General lighting, site offices, etc, temporary firefighting, temporary drainage and water supply to the site by preparing necessary drawings as per the site requirement.

Duties & Responsibilities
Attending Pre-tender meetings and site visits.
Study/Reviewing of tender documents, scope of work, drawings, BOQ,
specifications, client’s requirement etc. from the tender documents for proper estimating works.

Checking all the addendums and communications received from the client, ensuring that all items are being clarified and considered in the pricing.
Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires.
Doing value Engineering upon request and submit the best and final offer.
Preparing variation order for any major changes or additional scope of work while executing the project.

Project Description:

Duties & Responsibilities
Performing the detailed studying of all stages of Electrical works, including workers, equipment and materials.
Preparing and getting approval of shop drawings from consultant with the help of a draftsman.
Preparing the submittals, method statements and get approvals from the consultant.
Providing approved Electrical Shop drawing to site supervisor and ensure the work in compliance to approved drawings.
Supervising all the electrical installations such as lighting, small power, telecom, fire alarm and security systems.
Confirming all the electrical accessories and fittings are available and approved by consultant before installation.
Confirming the availability of hand tools, power tools, ladder and scaffolding before installation.
Follow-up with procurement department for arranging electrical material in advance to avoid delay in work.
Arranging the site clearance by coordinating with civil engineer for starting the electrical activities
Arrange safety induction for site personal including foreman and labors before start of the work. Ensuring that proper safety procedures have been established and are being followed.
