Scope of Duties Includes:
Monitoring & providing all the Quality reports to the
Management frequently regarding the activities going on.
To report to Core management and Financial Advisor for
any variation in Budget Vs Actual regarding the on-going
purchases & Variations in facility of the Hospitals.
Periodically reviewing the contracts & follow up with
suppliers to ensure its timely renewal.
Ensuring the smooth functioning of the facility of the hospital
& to take timely checks of all the facilities & co-ordinate with
the Companies to do the maintenance of some critical
equipment for the same as per the AMC Contracts.
The Job also involves assessing & evaluating the forms
generated to do the complaint as per the J.C.I norms.
Conducting the Preventive Maintenance of all the
Equipment’s in the Hospital as per the INFOR Software.
Updating the Facility Software as per the modifications done
in the Hospitals.
Worked as a
Coordinate with various hospital departments to identify
and refine their needs and requirements to develop various
types of designs, operations and maintenance briefs.
Prepared weekly status reports regarding all ongoing
projects
Coordinated special projects with stakeholders and vendors
to ensure building compliance.
Developed and maintained good working relationships with
seniors, peers and subordinates.
Reduced annual utility related expenses by Dhs 250, 000. This
was accomplished by implementing energy efficient lighting
systems, power factor correction systems and energy
management systems.
Monitored entire building using (BMS) building management
system.
Coordinated renovation projects with outside contractors.
Monthly preventative maintenance and testing preformed
on medical gas monitoring system.
