Project Description:
• Route 2020 Dubai Metro Extension - 10.6 Billion AED Project:
The main characteristics on the extension line are 14.5 km alignment with 10.5Km elevated & 4Km Tunnel, 7 passenger stations (One interchange NHT, three elevated R70-R71-R72, two underground R73-R74 and iconic EXPO), 8 traction power sub-station, 3 main power sub-station, no new Depot but new stabling positions and facilities in existing Depot. Project also includes the enhancement of both existing Red Line and Green Line (PSD, COM, ATC, TRK, AFC, OCS and Depot Equipment).
Project Responsibilities:
• Support and report to the Resident Engineer and Construction Manager on the monitoring of the contractor activities, progress of works, coordination, and resolution of the site issues.
• Supervision of three Major Power Substation (MPS4, MPS5 & MPS6) - 132Kv to 33Kv, Individual Traction Power Substation (ITPS) and 33Kv Cable corridor utility work for all three Main Power Substation & Traction power substation.
• Review Method Statements (MS), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Material Approval Forms (MAF), Non-Conformance Reports, (NCR), Corrective Action Report (CAR) and Subcontractor Acceptance Request (SAR), Weekly & Monthly Progress Report (WPR & MPR) submitted by the Contractors and their sub-tiers.
• Manage and monitor the relevant project information and documents related to progress, issues, Non-conformities, correctives actions, reports, plans and logs from the contractors and provide correct information to resident engineer.
• Attends progress meetings arranged by the management to discuss procedures, progress, schedules and problems which may require a decision or an action from the Client and/or stakeholders and coordinates for the resolution of the issues.
• Ensures that the Client's requirements, Project Specification (RTA & DEWA), Contract requirement are fully translated in to project realization.
• Report issues to Resident engineer and manage issues such as (but not limited to) schedule status, quality issues, safety issues, operational issues, procurement status.
• Coordinate & report site safety issues to resident engineer, contractor and consultant safety team and ensure site safety.
Project Description:
• Doha Metro - 14.82 Billion QAR Project:
The Doha Metro network will be built over two phases: the first phase will see the Red, Gold, and Green lines opening in 2019, with 37 stations and 75 kilometers of revenue lines. The future phases involve the introduction of an additional line (Blue) and the expansion of the existing ones, with more than 60 additional stations and more than 130 kilometers of additional revenue lines.
Project Responsibilities:
• Assisting Sr. Construction manager and Construction manager in all possible aspect of work.
• Review Method Statements (MS), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Material Approval Forms (MAF), Non Conformance Reports, (NCR), Corrective Action Report (CAR) and Subcontractor Acceptance Request (SAR), Weekly & Monthly Progress Report (WPR & MPR) submitted by the Contractors and their sub-tiers.
• Coordinating with Construction team, Quality Team and Design team for review of all deliverable including but not limited to MS, ITP, MAR, SAR, NCR etc.
• Coordinating with infrastructure team to provide inputs for the weekly progress report (WPR) and monthly progress report (MPR) including design and construction for Depot & stabling yard and Trackwork. Preparing final weekly report and processing it to Construction manager for approval and to process it to the project control team.
• Assisting construction manager for preparation and maintain different tracker like, Design status tracker, construction progress tracker, ER non-compliance tracker, Blocking points and main issues tracker, etc.
• Handling Logistics meetings for Depot and stabling yard and Trackwork on behalf of Sr. Construction manager and coordinating with Qatar Rail interface department and contractor’s logistics department for all logistics activity.
• Assisting Sr. Construction manager for preparing MOM for different construction meeting, material approval workshops, logistics meeting, design progress meeting, etc.
• Responsible to handle all incoming letters from the contractor for design and construction related issues. Preparing response letter to the contractor’s incoming letter. Coordinating and assign the suitable person to response the letters and taking follow-up for the final closure of outstanding letters.
• Coordinating with Permit department for updates and follow-up for different QR permit (QR0, QR1, QR2) for depot & stabling yard and for different access point for the Doha metro tunnel for Track work.
Project Description:
• Lusail Light Rail Transit (LLRT) - $4 Billion USD Project:
A Light Rail Transit System comprising : 4 tramway operating lines, 55.8 km track length, 37 transit (24 at-grade, 2 semi at-grade, 1 elevated and 7 underground), 1 viaduct structure, 1 Depot
Project Responsibilities:
• Quality Assurance and Quality Management System (QMS) implementation, monitoring and improvement
• Review Method Statements (MS), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Material Approval Forms (MAF), Non Conformance Reports, (NCR), Corrective Action Report (CAR) and Subcontractor Acceptance Request (SAR) submitted by the Contractors and their sub-tiers.
• Review Quality Audit Checklist, Conduct Internal Audit for Contractor, Sub Contractor & Supplier and Report Audit Results. Follows up on actions taken in response to audit findings to ensure adequate close out.
• Site Supervision: Involved in Cut & Cover tunnel, Architectural, Structural & MEP work for Underground and At-grade stations.
• Site Inspection of: Dewatering, Pilling, Soil Stabilization, Excavation & Backfilling, Waterproofing, Concrete work for protection screed, Raft, slabs and side walls, Building block works, Plastering, Painting, Installation of Earthing, etc.
• Attend in-process and Witness point inspections on a random basis and identify the quality issues.
• Random Witness point: Batch plant Audit, Trial mix testing in batch plant for Mix design approval of Fire Rated and non fire rated Concrete, Third party laboratory test for concrete compressive strength, concrete durability strength, Grout compressive strength etc.
• Randomly attended Onsite testing: Soil Compaction test (NDT), Tunnels and station buildings Waterproofing Integrity test Concrete Slump-Temperature-Air Content test, Grouting and Anchor stressing test for King Post, Static load test of Cast in place concrete piles, Concrete Integrity test (NDT) by Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity test method after crack injection works, Paint thickness & adhesion test, Earthing continuity test etc.
• Randomly attended Mock-Up: SIKA-Tunnel Waterproofing, Block work, Plastering, Painting etc.
• Participated in the weekly quality tours/surveillances with the Contractors’ quality team to check the quality level of construction works.
• Review, acceptance, Installation inspection and witness testing for Different system: Civil, Architectural & Structural system, Building & UG Tunnel Fire Fighting system (FFS), Water-Sewer-Electrical underground utility, Building plumbing-drainage system (PDS) and electrical system, Tunnel Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System (ACMV) system, track work system etc.

Project Responsibilities:
• Involved in Quality Control activity for USACE Project in Afghanistan to monitor the ongoing structural, civil, architectural & MEP activities by implementing the Project Quality Controls Plans and Procedures in accordance with the Company QC procedures, International standards and specific contract requirements.
• Daily site checking (Three Phase Construction Inspection) for all progressive activities by coordination with construction department.
• Witness all the test on site: Soil Compaction test (NDT), Concrete Slump-Temperature-Air Content test, Paint thickness & adhesion test, earthing continuity test etc.
• Preparation of daily report and submit it to the client.

Project Responsibilities:
• Involved in two D & B (Design Build) project of USACE in Afghanistan.
• Liaising with design consultant for Design & Drawings package submittal to USACE for approval.
• Review and follow-up for Design & Drawings comments by USACE using Dr. Check system.
• Preparation of RFP documents, subcontract agreement, BOQ and coordinate with subcontractor for site work progress. Review scope of work (SOW), Drawings & Specification.
• Coordinating with surveyor team for proper marking of all buildings layouts on site.
• Site inspection for daily activity progress for all the buildings and utility work. Acutely involved with erection of Pre-Engineered building and steel roof trusses.
