Brief Job Description:
1) Coordinating with Certifying Body
2) Representing the management during certification and surveillance audits
3) Promoting awareness of customer requirements
4) Preparing and revising the IMS documents (namely IMS manual, procedures and other documentations)
5) Ensuring the compliance of all the functions as per the ISO 9001:2000, 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007 standards.
6) Preparing Management Review Meeting Schedule and conducting Management Review Meetings
7) Preparing Audit schedules, Conducting Internal Audits, preparing audit reports, Writing Nonconformity
Reports.

8) Communicating to the Top Management on IMS issues / Non-conformities & Audit reports
9) Measuring & Monitoring the process performance.
10) Initiate necessary corrective and preventive action
11) Creating ISO/Quality, Environment and Health & Safety awareness for internal staff.
12) Review of IMS policy periodically
13) Time to time review of all the functions, to check the effective implementation of Integrated
Management System.

14) Assumes responsibilities for related duties as required or assigned.

1) To receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment.

8) Assumes responsibility for ensuring the accurate and timely performance of payroll function: ● Double checks salary computation as scheduled.
● Maintains payroll records in compliance with Qatar regulations.
● Tracks and resolves payroll errors. Completes payroll adjustments and corrections as necessary.
