Gathers information of clients and qualified prospects
from leads and business development materials. Once qualified for product and service, meet and greet, do warm up, presentation is done and attempts to close a deal on a same day membership. One time offer limited for the same day.
Plots real time break schedules of over 200 agents on shift. Tracks overtime, over breaks and over lunch to make sure site passes adherence and occupancy given at a certain time. Answer calls for late, tardiness and possible absenteeism of agents. Plots leave requests.
Technical assistance for clients over the phone, schedules truck roll for technician dispatch and visit. Once issue is fixed offer upgrade on plan and bundle service for TV, Internet and Landline. Up sell on TV plans and packages.

Answers calls of members that plan to cancel service of credit report and account security. Offers discounted rate and other packages to make sure customer will be retained. Discuss materials on client’s credit history and up sell credit score data.
