▪ Directly reports to the Operations Manager Director regarding store operations
▪ Responsible for the overall daily store operations in achieving the business goal set
▪ Working with the Management in executing the company policies, rules and regulations
▪ Ensures high standard of guest service are being met and delivered to create a good working environment to both customers and Team members
▪ Responsible for the weekly schedule of Team Members (FOH)
▪ Conducts Performance review of all Team Members (FOH)
▪ Coordinates with the Purchasing Department regarding weekly Market List
▪ Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures of all Beverages served.
▪ Controls the Utility expenses as per the given budget
▪ Conducts monthly Inventory of Bar, Office Supplies and Restaurant Supplies
▪ Coordinates with the Corporate Italian Executive Chef regarding customer’s feedback on Products served

Coordinates with raw product suppliers and equipments service providers when and as required
Conducts Performance Review of all Team members
Manage Business strategies & activities from development to implementation to achieve business objectives.
Create, source and manage an exciting range by market to deliver the business plan and the Starbucks experience. Establish each product’s role in core, seasonal and promotional ranges.
Develop and implement a promotional plan for each category according to the business plan
Maintain up-to-date Competitor, Customer & Business trends knowledge.
Identify challenges and opportunities and make recommendations to the business to act accordingly
Coach & mentor team, set goals & develop individuals on an ongoing basis.
Develop internal & external relationships & negotiate to achieve Business objectives.
Lead the Operations team in the implementation of the category in the stores to deliver on the Starbucks experience and on the financial objectives.
Work closely with the other Category Manager/s to integrate the plans and ensure they work together to deliver the business plan as defined by the line manager
Review Business critical information, make recommendations, communicate & facilitate solutions.

with workforce of over 30 staff
Implemented store productivity guidelines and objectives through strategic planning, scheduling and coordination with restaurant managers
Review sales performance of outlets in line with store sales objectives regularly and provides support with outlet managers in achieving targets
Conducts Performance Review of Restaurant Managers
Conducts monthly area meeting with the outlet in-charge
Conducts quarterly service report & monthly quality audit
Recognizes performance input of every employee and motivate people in keeping up productivity level and high morale
Coordinates with raw product suppliers and equipments service providers when and as required
Provides assistance in perspective lay-out design for new store opening projects
