• Planning and supervision of construction functions which include the responsibility for the planning and co-ordination of all manpower and equipment, materials supplies and sub-contracted services, towards the proper completion of the work on schedule with approved drawings, specifications, cost and quality limitations.
• Coordination and monitoring of all disciplines and subcontractors at each stage of work to ensure proper compliance of project with all technical aspects of the contract.
• Review all Method Statements, design drawings and material submissions to issue to the Consultant.
• Review and renew of program to meet target work schedule.
• Site organization and supervision of the works, ensuring compliance with the contract and the quality in relation to the specification and approved design in safety conditions.
• Monitoring construction progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and providing inputs for regular reports to support client meetings.

• Maximize the profitability of retail markets by managing depreciation line and ongoing investmensts for Stores and Maintenances.
• Ensure global standarts are kept during store cycle covering of Stores / HQ / Warehouses.
• Location check and evaluation of potential retail store sites considering architectural aspects.
• Manage and protect the equipment and construction companies yearly buyings with bids and offers.
• Control implementation, timely and within budget delivery of multiple projects.
• Liaise with 2nd / 3rd party suppliers for settling service level agreements.
• Preparation of relevant building applications for Turkey's projects for approval by local authority.
• Manage and improving energy efficiency works for Stores and Warehouses.
