Planning, organizing and holding fitness training classes, explaining and enforcing safety rules and regulations governing sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment, offering alternatives during classes to accommodate different levels of fitness, planning routines, and choose different movements for each set of muscles, depending on participants' capabilities and limitations, observing participants and informing them of corrective measures necessary for skill improvement, evaluating individuals' abilities, needs, and physical conditions, and developing suitable training programs to meet any special requirements, teaching proper breathing techniques used during physical exertion, instruct participants in maintaining exertion levels in order to maximize benefits from exercise routines, planning and advising on the appropriate eating habits and meal plans, providing one-on-one personal instructions based on the need (relaxation, weight reduction, conditioning, athlete conditioning and strengthening). In addition to every day fitness related activities, additional duties include creating and managing monthly activities calendar, managing time sheets and work flow planning, coordinating with technical department maintenance and upkeep of the equipment, scheduling customer service training for new employees, training and supervising new employees.
