 Assisting in the professional presentation of candidates to clients; includes participating in the assessment process and the compilation of written Long List and Short List Reports in line with Company Policies and Procedures.
 Convene with senior partners and clients to confer the execution agenda and responsibilities to come up with a search, assessment and placement strategy.
 Settle on assignment specific search parameters and initiate the creation of explicit documents ranging from search strategy, assignment brief, position specification and core mandatory requirements.

 Offer support and advice to junior coordinators pertaining to steps carried out in executing the search and assessment methodology.
 Provide analysis and critical assessment to senior partners on selected candidates for final stage interviews.
 Responsible for employee safety, welfare, wellness, health reporting and employee services
 Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
 In charge of employee attendance and payroll
 In charge of employee CNSS and NSSF.
