Assisting in the professional presentation of candidates to clients; includes participating in the assessment process and the compilation of written Long List and Short List Reports in line with Company Policies and Procedures.
Convene with senior partners and clients to confer the execution agenda and responsibilities to come up with a search, assessment and placement strategy.
Settle on assignment specific search parameters and initiate the creation of explicit documents ranging from search strategy, assignment brief, position specification and core mandatory requirements.
Research companies and candidates relevant to the search assignment and contact senior executives to present the opportunity.
Examine relevant markets; accumulate research reports, profiles and tables to submit into the client.
Decide on the suitable candidates for face to face interviews, while generating profiles featuring the candidates’ career, skills and competencies in reference to the assignment’s minimum requirements.
Offer support and advice to junior coordinators pertaining to steps carried out in executing the search and assessment methodology.
Provide analysis and critical assessment to senior partners on selected candidates for final stage interviews.
Responsible for employee safety, welfare, wellness, health reporting and employee services
Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
In charge of employee attendance and payroll
In charge of employee CNSS and NSSF.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality concerning financial and employee files
Conduct regular Branch visits to observe and evaluate the stock movement
Evaluate indicators and benchmarks and identify possible risks and challenges in projects implementation and recommend convenient corrective actions
Requesting quotations and trying to reach new publishers
Conducting follow-ups with publishers and suppliers
Aiding in the AUB academic books, and helping with the conduct of the bookstore available at Campus
Provide substantive contribution and support to Librarie Antoine
