• Conduct site survey to trace and assess the condition, capacity, routing of existing cable trays, conduits, and to verify the load conditions of the existing panel board by performing actual demand load measurement.
• Develop Electrical Designs: develop electrical designs for offices, facilities, and infrastructure projects using Microtation software. Includes (but not limited to) the following:
a. Designing power distribution systems and preparing Single Line Diagram SLD.
b. Lighting Layouts, Small Power Layouts and Cable Routing Layouts.
c. Lightning Protection & Earthing Systems.
• Conduct photometric analysis and illumination studies using Dialux software to validate compliance with standard average illumination levels.
• Conduct Design Calculations: Perform electrical load calculations, power distribution studies, Circuit Breaker & Cable Sizing, Cable Tray Sizing, Battery Sizing, Panel Schedules, and voltage drop calculations & maximum short circuit interrupting capacity using ETAP software.
• Collaborate with the electrical team as well as architects, structural engineers and MEP team using microstation cad software for seamless integration of electrical designs with other disciplines.
• Prepare complete scope works defining performance criteria, material standards, and installation methodologies for all electrical systems.
• Perform technical review and approval of contractor submittals, including shop drawings, product data, and material samples, to verify strict adherence to project specifications.
• BOQ Technical Support: assist cost estimator Team in producing BOQ for Electrical Systems.

• Develop and prepare tender and contract documentation, incorporating a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications to facilitate the preliminary bidding process.
• Participate in pre-bid conferences to present and clarify the project's scope of work, technical requirements, and contractual terms to prospective subcontractors and vendors
• Conduct a technical and commercial evaluation of subcontractor proposals, performing a detailed cost analysis and comparison to ensure compliance with project specifications and budgetary constraints.
• Lead and participate in quantity surveying reconciliation meetings with subcontractors to negotiate and validate the cost impact of change orders, including those initiated by client-directed scope variations.
• Formulate and submit formal cost proposals and variation orders to the client for approval, justifying all costs associated with additional works, design changes, or change directives.

• Coordinates and monitors subcontractor works on proper execution and compliance to quality plan.
• Evaluate and check work accomplishments versus submitted billings.
• Supervise all related work activities and assigned tasks being done on site based on submitted and approved work sequence and methodology.
• Checks work design and technical specifications if implemented correctly on site.
• Furnishes subcontractors plans / details needed as well as informing them of the changes or additive /deductive works on site.
• Interprets and executes plans and specifications.
