Preparing regular Monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting analysis covering the whole business aspect to enable overall business monitoring & performance evaluation.
•Reviewing all the foreign supplier statements of account.
• Reviewing and analyzing different offers received from forwarders, shipping, clearance, transportation and insurance agencies before taking the final decision.
•Monitoring all the intercompany accounts, performing the required reconciliations .
•Committed as a focal point for all supplier contact including requests, queries &
Concerns.
•Committed for all transfers remittances to all suppliers in their due dates.
•Assisting the sales team in targeting, selling & implementing solutions for customers.
•Controlling and analyzing the cost figures for whole the importation process.
•Monitoring and controlling the clearance procedure during the importation process
• Reviewing all financial aspects included in the importation & sales process.
• Controlling the inventory level, monthly measuring for the ITR(Inventory turnover) and stock provision.
• Analyzing the inventory aging level.
• Preparation of financial statements of the company
