Key Achievements:
1- Established and implemented ISO/IEC 17025 requirements within the company’s testing laboratory to get EGAC accreditation.
2- Expanded company’s exports by defining customer requirements in terms of international standard such as SASO, VDE, RoHS.
3- Get the company’s PVC granules to be compliant to RoHS requirements.
4- Decreased customers’ returns to zero than last year (2013-2014)
5- Developed a computer database to track daily production scrap in order to minimize its rates and discover its root causes.
6- Lead an awareness campaign to get managerial and operational levels familiar with Cost of Poor Quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Assist QHSE Manager in meeting and developing the quality objectives of the company with the other departments.
2- Ensure the implementation of ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements.
3- Analyze data and prepare Statistical Quality Control and Key Performance Indicator reports (KPIs) to the company management.
4- Prepare quality plans to ensure that the key processes are consistent and predictable.
5- Conduct Vendors Audit Assessment.
6- Follow up the implementation of the traceability system at manufacturing hall.
7- Participate in the construction of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the inspection function.
8- Design and update the Quality Assurance documentations.
9- Supervise the inspection of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods.
10- Follow up the corrective actions’ implementation and ensure its effectiveness.
11- Handling, investigating and reporting customer complaints.
12- Supervise QC inspectors and train the new ones.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Assist Quality Manager in establishing the Quality Management System (QMS) at all company’s sections.
2- Ensure that incoming materials and finished products are complying with requirements of customers or international standards such as UL, BS and IEC standard.
3- Prepare and conduct internal audits to measure the effectiveness of QMS ISO 9001 in the company.
4- Handle customers’ complaints to discover remedies that satisfy their needs.
5- Analyze non-conformities, apply and follow up corrective/preventive actions.
6- Lead a team of quality supervisors and inspectors.
7- Initiate continual improvement events.

Design moulds using CAD/CAM software and operates CNC milling machine with Fanuc series.

Duties:
Planning and implementing maintenance works for heavy equipment at the project of constructing a highway from Beni suef to Minya under the supervision of Egyptian Armed Forces. Leading a team of soldiers and civil workers.
