Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answers customers inquiry about products and services
• Activate services for customer on call providing security measures
• Refers customer to departments regarding any issues
• Provides customers technical support on the product of the company
• Provides detailed information regarding customer line.
• Handling customers complain and does basic troubleshooting on products
• Ensure customer satisfaction on the services on their convenience.
• Does other related works.
• Prepares necessary things to be use during the whole day operation.
• Keeps all important records up-to-date.
• Checks and purchase stocks for the shop.
• Checks daily sales/release daily commission for staff.
• Works as masseur/receptionist in absence of staff.
• Handling customers complain.

• Operates Government Human Resource System
• Prints Attendance using Government Biometric System thru Attendance system
• Encodes and Prints personal information of incoming and outgoing employee including retiree
• Prepares job orders, certifications, service records and other office paper works
• Records and review office papers including attachments for approval.
• Encodes reports and meeting presentation and outgoing communications (memos, endorsements, letters and etc.
• Email, send or hand carries vouchers, purchased request, purchased orders, job orders and communications to employees/departments or office concerned for processing.
