Key areas of responsibilities Responsible for the day-to-day operations in diferent Palaces, to make sure to provide the highest level of services, to meet and exceed VVIP client Expectations.
•Responsible for 3 VIP palaces operations
•Plan and organize VVIP events with the HOD's.
•Make arrangement and preparations for the family event to ensure that venue and all requirements e.g sound system, lighting etc. are ready and well organized.
•Arrange and purchase all operational events requirements.
•Coordinate with suppliers to arrange and purchase operational items for the properties.

•Responsible to coordinate with the Engineering and Maintenance department for any installations and maintenance issues in diferent properties.
•Overseeing maintenance and renovation of the properties.
•Dealing with outside company and contractor for any related task and project for the palaces.
•Supervise the daily operations, ensuring that the relevant policies and procedure are being followed.
•Performing inspections in all palaces to ensure that the property meets and exceed the needs of our principal.
•Liaising with contractors and suppliers.
•Provide guidance and support to all staf in all areas of training, quality and development.
•Assist in screening staf recruitment for maintenance, housekeeping and waitresses
•Provide staf training for the development and strong communication leadership.
•Ensuring that the team is highly motivated at all times by using a diferent management technique.
•Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
•Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures.
•Ensure to maintain and protect the privacy of the client/family.
