• Interact, assist the guest and control the access and egress of all persons entering the recreation area.
• Handle guest’s request, general enquiries, providing required details through phone call, in person or via email.
• Acknowledge, monitor and manage all associated bookings.
• Prepares daily basis of all necessary timetable, activity program, and information sheets for guest and team member.
• Communicate, manage & prepare all administration requirements of the team and of the members for approval of Recreation Manager and Higher Management.
• Coordinates with other department’s secretaries or section heads when required & organizes exchange of pertinent information between other departments.
• Assisting in arrangement with the Finance Department develops and administers a system to manage all aspects of membership finances including but not limited to payment of fees and bills. Secure posting, depositing and recording all transaction made against all members account.
• Establish an effective record tracking & compilation of receipts to ensure accurate collection & reconciliation of daily revenues handled at the reception.
• Monitor the stock-control of retail items, beach club amenities and other operation items.
