Manage tool room operations for the Boeing F15QA contract using the tool maintenance management database TC Max.
• Inspections and verifications of all hand tools, routine maintenance of all tooling associated with its CTK launch kits.
• Perform input and updates of all assets into the TC Max database system as required.

As the Customer Supply Training Specialist my core responsibilities included data collecting, data environment building while also creating a sustainable training environment that demonstrates the functionalities to maneuver in the new supply/ maintenance system of record Goldesp. for both supply support and maintenance for the Boeing F15QA-Airframe.
• Created an entire FA-15 structure with unique coding requirements as part of the implementation phase.
• Tested concepts and idea setup during preproduction for data integrity.
• Oversaw and reviewed the Detailed Test Case (DTC) training material to be use as the training guides for the trainees during class training.
• Responsible for supply inventory management of IT hardware purchase to support the entire Boeing FA-15 Goldesp program to include scheduled inbound property schedule for transport from CONUS.
Provided site visits to support onsite staff to identify and help resolve issues that occurred with their maintenance records processes in GOLDesp for the Kuwait Ministry of Defense (KMOD), its Civilian Staff, ITC Defense Corp Contractors, and General Dynamics Land Services (GDLS). My daily responsibilities included OTS (Over the Shoulder) support, QAQC (Quality Assurance Quality Control) reports, recommendations, recommendation for process improvements, assistance with implementation change and process improvements, identifying areas for improvements in data accuracy. Additional duties included.
• Research and provide technical information, report feedback, and establish processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure.
• Coordinate between the various SEG Codes within the KMOD on implementation developments of support products.
• Process and review the dailies and monthly GOLDesp. MILS Transactions Reports for the GSTATM Reporting system via DAMES transmission.
• Monitor Catalog Data changes, updates, and accuracy to ensure part’s records are being stored to KMOD standard.
Provide logistics support to NAVAIDS Maintenance for the Iraqi Air Force Air Traffic Control Landing Systems (ATCALS) Foreign Military Sales ITARS Program. Control and issue RADAR and Navigation critical and bench stock property, to include obtaining material required for equipment modification, periodic component exchange, turn-in and bill of material in support of ATCALS utilizing the Maximo assets solution management system.
• Inspect and evaluate inventory management activities for compliance with policies, procedures, and directives.
• Coordinating the movement and shipment of sensitive mission critical RADAR Navigation Equipment.
• Staying in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) procedures, utilizing the international export-controlled process, specific movement of items which are subjected to ITARS Regulations, coming into, and exiting foreign military sales (FMS) customer host country, handling customs forms and policies as they relate to the export control process.
• Keeping in compliance with Prim e Contractor’s policies on procedures when handling controlled and expendable property.
Support and operated under the direct guidance of the Depot Management and Procedures Branch Officer in-charge, as the Depot Procedurals and Standardization Representative. Duties included review of contracts, regulatory and evaluation of Depot staff as they adhered to standards in support of the Saudi Royal Airforce F15/SA Maintenance, Supply Support Program (SSP).
• Ensured Depot Operations were carried out as directed in the RSAF 67 -1, Vol II, Depot Supply Manual to include Item Management, Repair Cycle, Stock Control, TODO, Transportation and Systems Management.
• Put together and carried out Annual Surveillance on the individual sections throughout the Depot, focused on the staff performances as they handle their daily task as they are outlined in the RSAF Depot Supply Manual.
• Directed out briefings on findings to the Directorate of Depot Supply, Deputy Directorate and Senior Officers on discrepancies found during visits and provide analyzed recommendations when necessary.
• Monitored GOLDesp. system related issues regarding data base entry of the stock accuracy, ensured that items were effectively accounted for, characterized, and were made available for viewing to outside organizations for usage in their correct conditions.
Coordinate all logistics matters for the Rapid Equipment Force (REF) Program for the 401ST. Army Field Support Brigade (AFSB). Established an internal equipment processing program incorporating a record filing system, equipment status spreadsheets, storage program, inventory, shipping and receiving methods, transportation, and weekly reporting system, reporting to the U.S. Government Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
• Executed property management functions for highly sensitive electronic surveillance systems and supporting kits.
• Supporting the program’s Field Service Representative (FSR) regarding supply function al task.
• Coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), concerning all shipment matters to and from the theatre concerning return for repairs (RTV), turn-in (TIN), item modification, software upgrades, and airway billing.

Supervised and directed all stages of logistical support for the Persistent Threat Detection System (PTDS) force protection program’s most critical operating sites in Afghanistan in support of the 401ST. Army Field Support Brigade (AFSB), oversaw the staging, deployments, and sustainment of multiple Aerostat Systems.

Oversaw and managed the complete buildup of a newly implemented warehouse program for the USAF 379TH. Air Expeditionary Wing, A6 Cell. Controlled the flow of the communication property coming into the country from the draw-down of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) needing to be re-distributed back into operational use for the Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) various missions. Designed the warehouse floorplans to best support the continue flow of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) coming into and exiting warehouse. Supervised and managed a collective team of both military and civilian personnel as well as cooperating with local Customs Liaison office Officers and USAF Load Planners for cargo regulations movement in and out of country.
• Handled cargo staging and movement of equipment to include rolling stock, 20ft-40ft shipment containers, mobile comm. shelters, classified and sensitive items and equipment needing turn-in to the Defense Re-utilization and Marketing Office (DRMO) for termination.
• Utilized various designed shipping and tracking systems to ensure movement accuracy which included GATES, TCN Tracker, DHL, FedEX and IGN Tracker while staying constant with the Air Mobility Command on item movements.
Assigned to Manas Transit Center, Republic of Kyrgyzstan to support the Air Traffic Control and Landing System (ATCALS) logistical operations throughout OEF for the USAF 379TH. Air Expeditionary Wing. Purpose of tasks include requisition and acquisition of equipment both stocked listed (NSN) and commercial equipment. Maintained accountability of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) issued out to multiple locations within the program, to include repair-cycle management items (DIFM), test equipment, classified, non- classified, spares, Automatic Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) and bench stock for the multiple shops in ATCALS Maintenance for assets worth in total of $20 million dollars while staying in accordance with the USAF supply standards outlined in AFMAN 23-110.
• Ensured supply quantities were kept meeting mission requirements.
• Airforce and Department of Defense related supply forms filled in and filed properly for record.
• Property movement to and from theatre stayed in accordance with the Air Mobility Command (AMC) mission requirements.

Provided over site for U.S.G equipment to included, leading identification of property request, issue, turn- in and disposition management of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) property while entering actions performed into the PBUSE (Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced) supply database system. Hand Receipt Manager for NATO Forces Kandahar, authored and developed supply documentation to facilitate the re- utilization, transfer, donation (R/T/D) and disposal of property to the local DRMO.
