JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible for trouble shoot, repair and maintenance of electrical systems for different type
• Responsible for trouble shoot, repair and maintenance of electrical systems in all Gathering Centers, Booster Station, Field Distribution.
• Prepare spare parts list as per the equipment.
• Maintain all hand Tools & Power Tools.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hands on Experience in Oil Gathering Centers and Storage Tanks. Operation and Maintenance of Electrical power system Equipment as per Hazardous Area and Safety Rules and Regulation. Operation and Maintenance of Flame proof, Increased Safety, Non Sparking type of HT Motors and All Ranges 6.6 KV, 3.3 KV and 440 V up to 650 KW in Hazardous area of Zone 1&2 and Variable Frequency Drives. Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Fault Rectification and Calibration of MOV’S. Maintenance of different type of UPS and Battery Banks NiCad and Lead Acid. Fire Alarm& Extinguishing system with Ionization smoke detector, Heat detectors, Manual Break glass units with automatic Extinguishing System.(FM200) Operation, Maintenance and Overhauling of LT & HT Flameproof Vertical and Horizontal AC and DC Motors. Troubleshooting and Fault Rectification of MCC and PCS Panels. Operation, Maintenance in 75 Hp Air Compressors. Operation, Maintenance of all motor Starters. Maintenance of Power Transformer up to 6.6 KV & Control Transformer and its operating Systems. Testing Breakdown Voltage of Transformer oil and Meggering of Transformer. Maintenance all type of Switchgears like MCB, ACB, and VCB Circuit Breakers & Motor Starters like DOL, Star - Delta Starters and Auto Transformer Starters Equipped in Main Switchgears and MCCS. Maintenance of Battery & Battery Charges and AC&DC UPS System. Erection of Panels and Distribution Boards, Laying, Glanding, Jointing and Termination of Cables up to 300 Sq mm. Maintenance Erection, Testing and commissioning of pressure Gauge& Transmitters, Level indicators & Transmitters, pneumatic control valves, Thermocouples and RTD’s. Issue Isolation Certificates and perform LOTO, making sure that everything is safe and smooth before De-isolating system.
Carry out preventive/corrective/breakdown maintenance in all electrical equipment like, 6.6 KV and LV switchgear, 12.5 MVA Transformers, 1.1 MVA Diesel Generators (Stamford), UPS and Battery chargers, Power Distribution Boards. Carry out Preventive maintenance on field equipment like, MOV, Motor Operated Valves, 6.6 KV/650KW Ship Loading Pumps, Fire Water Pumps, Air Compressors and all types of motors available on the field. Preventive Maintenance and operating procedure of Automatic Fire Suppression System (FM 200). Involved on instrumentation and operation jobs like, functional check of level transmitters, MOV communications to CCR, (Digital/Analog input and Ouput) checking level and pressure gauges during operation. Attend breakdown during operations and following all safety procedures and company policy all the time.
