Presently working as Plant Manager for the Dry mix Mortar Plant, producing Cement & Gypsum plasters/Renders, Screeds, Tile Adhesives, Grouts, color Plasters, AAC Glues.
Responsible for the Plant operation from raw material, chemicals inventory to Bags & packing.
Responsible for the silo Booster machines, Silo trucks, ordering of Mixers/ rotar & stators.
Generation of production reports.
Use of ERP SAP for Production Planning & Materials Management module.
Production In charge for Dry mortars ( Cement & Gypsum plasters, tile adhesives, Glues)
Production planning, procurement of raw materials.
Responsible for optimum manpower planning to meet production targets
Generate Daily reports on plant activities.
Erection of equipments & dry commissioning of equipments like HT/LT stations (33kV), LT motors, transformers, MCC’s, & MDB’s.
Design of cable tray routing & estimation of cable trays.
Monitor & generate site work progress reports.
Selection of cables for drives from 0.37 kW to 400Kw.
Selection of cables for LT incomers, de rating factors & calculating voltage drops for the cables with existing conditions ( Load & temperature)
Commissioning of Motion control drives-SEW euro drive, Siemens-MC & VC.
Commissioning of Siemens Micro master MM440, Sinamics G150 up to 400kW & Sinamics S120.
Maintenance of Gas fired burners used for calcining & dryer operation ( Eclipse & RAY)
Handling new minor projects like paper slitters, strapping system for stacks, multi stacking system & packers for stucco.
Commissioning of ABB Drive of 3.3 kV, 900 kW for vertical mill fan (Pfeiffer mill).
Preparing project schedule for integrated electrical system (Erection & commissioning)
Maintenance of electrical equipments like UPS, drives, Switchgears, MCC, servo motors.
Handling electrical department for regular maintenances, breakdown analysis & spares.
Erection of equipments & dry commissioning of equipments like HT/LT stations (66kV), LT motors, transformers, MCC’s, PCC’s, High mast & DG sets up to 1010KVA.
Preparing project schedule for integrated electrical system (Erection & commissioning)

Done commissioning of Stacker & Reclaimers through PLC of L&T Modicon its ladder logic check & modification of circuit proposed & carried successfully.
Exposure to Allen Bradley PLC in which vertical roller mills hydraulic systems were commissioned.
Exposure to DCS system of TATA-Honeywell 3000x,
Basic architecture of logic managers,
check reporting of both digital input/outputs, analog input/outputs to DCS building ladder logic, Points building & graphics building in GUS,
Interlock check, loop check, maintenance & problems solving of the same.
Maintenance of AC Both HT & LT motors and inspection of modules/panels.

Maintenance of PLC based control circuits of ELGI compressors, gas analyzers & hydraulic circuits
Shift handling & Problem solving of electrical equipment or panel up to PCB level, Check of VVVF drives & its Controllers.
Carrying out planned & schedule maintenance of electrical & instrumentation equipment’s during stoppages.
