I am providing service and leadership to all units of FAST-NUCES, Karachi. I am a member of Board of Studies, Board of Faculty and Academic Council of FAST-NUCES. As part of my job, I am advising and mentoring PhD students, graduate and undergraduate students in their various curriculum and non-curriculum based projects. I have successfully published conference and international journal articles.
I provided services and leadership to all units of FAST-NUCES, Karachi. I remained a member of Board of Studies, Board of Faculty and Academic Council of FAST-NUCES. As part of my job, I advised and mentored PhD students, graduate and undergraduate students in their various curriculum and non-curriculum based projects. I have successfully published conference and international journal articles.
To provide service and leadership to all units of the University, to external academic and scientific communities and to the general public at a community level. I remained member of almost all academic and statutory bodies that includes, Academic Council, Faculty Council, Syndicate and Senate of Sukkur IBA. I advised and mentored graduate and undergraduate students in their various curriculum and non-curriculum based projects. Mentoring includes building their confidence level, helping them to unleash their potential in preparing their technical work, drafting that in the report format, and presenting them in a very effective manner in front of large audience. I successfully obtained various externally funded research projects. As part of my job description, I have supervised many undergraduates as well as Master student’s thesis as well. The research work that students have conducted has been published in reputable national & international conferences and journals as well. I have also provided consultation to students in selecting their careers paths.

I have worked on the projects to build devices that possess knowledge about humans, in order to show a more human-like understanding. For this, I took assistance of human-directed disciplines such as cognitive science, psychology and biomedical sciences that develops models for many different aspects of human functioning. I represented these models in a formal and computational format and later incorporated those models in devices to made them sensitive and responsive to humans.
