consists of (428 Guest room/Main reception/Main kitchen & other facilities)
Responsible for review /inspect all implemented MEP works
review/inspect delivered materials
follow up site progress
Prepare weekly/monthly logs
Issue internal NCRs/CARs
. Reviewing shop drawing, submittals and inspections
. Technical support to contractor for problems and unsolved
issues
. Making sure that work done in site by contractor according to
Specs and Codes.
. Meeting with client and make sure work done according to
timeline.
. Supervision on electrical work implemented in site.
. Liaising with client for modifications and identifying
requirements.
. Making sure that work done in site by contractor according to
Specs and Codes.
BG Administrative building.
. Handling electrical problems and issues for the entire site.
. Researching suitable solutions and estimating costs and
timescales.
Katameya plaza, Barazan phase 2, Kenya Coptic Hospital,
NEH
. Infrastructure working (Medium, Low voltage and Telephone
network) and shop drawings for electrical trades.
. Preparing shop drawing for all electrical trades.
. Preparing all required inspection requests.
. Following up with site and technical office for all site
modifications and contradictions.
. Making sure work is performed according to quality plan.
