8. Establish and maintain good customer relationship through coaching and single visits and handling customer’s complaints professionally.
9. Submit reports to Line Manager regarding field activities and sales figures.
10. Evaluate team performance regularly and identifies areas of development then conduct the appropriate plan of action.
