1. Responsible for Giza team “7 Medical Representatives” GIT Line.
2. Communicate sales and marketing strategies and policies to Medical Representatives in order to become a professional channel between the field force and the company.
3. Supervise Medical Representatives to ensure the implementation of the plan of action set by top management to accomplish promotional sales objectives assigned in each area.
4. Coordinate in-field activity and allocate company resources (Field force, Events and Marketing tools) to achieve agreed-upon targets.
5. Approve updates of doctor’s lists, AV actions and RTDs and sales expenses.
6. Guide and coach sales team to enhance their individual skills, improve their efficiency and elevate over all team performance through coaching visits and sales meetings.
7. Identify new business opportunities.
8. Establish and maintain good customer relationship through coaching and single visits and handling customer’s complaints professionally.
9. Submit reports to Line Manager regarding field activities and sales figures.
10. Evaluate team performance regularly and identifies areas of development then conduct the appropriate plan of action.
