Responsible for all Wadi Degla Clubs (11 Clubs):
• Developing and Implementing Strategic Plans for all materials.
• Mentored and developed team members to enhance overall planning capabilities and effectiveness
• Conduct thorough reviews of material studies to preempt any operation interruptions and to align with operation plans.
• Manage deviations in materials consumption rates, promptly instituting corrective measures as required.
• Provide invaluable support to the Material Planning Manager through historical analysis and timely operational updates.
• Manage requisitions and maintain comprehensive inventories of imported materials and essential supplies to meet outlined plans.
• Escalated points for resolution of problems, complaints, and prioritization issues.
• Provide mid and long term forecast to procurement department.
• Manage material requests in coordination with purchasing and warehouse departments.
• Conducted market research and trend analysis to inform data driven decision making.
• Made a cash flow plan for all departments.

Responsible for all Wadi Degla Clubs (7 Clubs):
• Revise studies of materials to prevent shortage and achieve operational plans.
• Use all available planning data to run the MRP for the required items.
• Supervised Issued Purchase Requests before send to purchasing department.
• Supervised the Implementation of purchase order according to Issued purchase requests.
• Define Safety stock level for all planning materials.
• Ensure keeping the right safety stock for all materials.
• Revise the deviations of materials consumption rate and take corrective actions where necessary.
• Support material planning manager with historical analysis and operation’s updates.
• Manages the material requirements with the purchasing and warehouse departments.
• Succeed to increase inventory turnover rate from 9 to 13.
Responsible for all Clubs (5 Clubs) doing following actions:
• Established a planning department for Wadi Degla clubs.
• Make studies for materials to prevent stoppage of production line and achieve operation plans.
• Use all available planning data to run the MRP for the requirements items.
• Issue Purchase requests to purchasing department.
• Follow up the Implementation of purchase order according to Issued purchase requests.
• Ensure keeping the right safety stock for all materials.
• Monitors the flow of dead stock materials and slow-moving items.
• Issues requisition and maintain inventories of all materials and supplies necessary to meet the production plans.
• Coordinates with relevant departments to introduce new items to ensure smooth running.
• Manages the materials requirements with the purchasing and warehouse departments.
• Succeed to increase inventory turnover rate from 5 to 9.
- Use the MPS, Inventory Status, BOMs, routings and all available planning data to create the MRP
for the in house production parts.
- Issue Purchase orders to purchasing department.
- Follow up the Implementation of domestic purchase Order according to Issued purchase orders
- Define Safety stock for every material
- Ensure keeping the right safety stock for every material
- Works continuously to optimize inventory levels.
- Use the material optimizer to get the greatest possible yield from material.

- Issue Purchase orders to purchasing department.

1) Open Chassis Job Orders and Follow up it's shortage till it complete then close it with
Financial Department.
2) Check Job orders (issued, open, on hand quantity and shortage).
3) Keep inventories at the desired level.
4) Prepare the monthly MPS
