- Managing, coaching and providing guidance for the team to achieve the business
objectives and ensure achieving the team development.
- In charge of Hyundai Almajdouie “KSA”, Burger King “KSA”, Philips, Reckitt
Benckiser, ERA, Azha and Wadi Degla.
- In charge of Juhayna, Bonjorno, Nestle, Gloria Ceramics
- Handle all the communications with the client.
- Prepare digital and community building strategies.
- Provide day-to-day supervision and execution of client campaigns including and (not
limited to) social media channel and community management, content creation, digital
public relations, promotions, partnerships, blogging, online events, etc.
- Manage team resources and work closely with the Senior Account Manager to ensure
campaigns are on strategy, time and targets.
- Keep being updated with the social media trends and proactively plan for ongoing
campaigns based on the social mood of the community (and moderate the
brainstorming sessions if needed).
- Ongoing account monitoring and preparing reports and feedback sessions.- Offer key
insights for improving strategies to enhance results.
- Understand basic research techniques and methodologies and use them to support
development/execution of client campaigns.
- Manage all day-to-day operations associated with OneCard key accounts.
- Work closely with the Sales, Finance and Marketing.
- Documenting business processes and operations.
- Train new employees by providing basic knowledge about business operations industry.
- Handling all merchants’ inquiries.
- Handling billing inquiries.
- Handling merchants marketing campaigns with marketing team.
- Monitoring daily sales.
- Handling “new merchants” process starting from the contracts level to the live stage.
- OneCard content writing and Optimization.
- Follow-up and update merchants stock with different stock management methods.
- Localizing games into Arabic.
- Managing softnyx games online Community (Facebook and Forums).
- Operating the game (handling users complaints, creating events, making announcements, banning users who are not following game rules, making weekly reports of the users complaints and monitoring the games).
