Responsible for all outlets menus in terms of translation and format.
• Reviewing the menu drafts from Marketing department in terms of spelling, pricing &
format.
• Collecting all menus recipes and cost prices from cost controller.
• Issuing micros form for any new item or occasional set menu.
• Uploading all the outlets and F&B office rosters on the HITS system.
• Communication between all departments regarding any F&B inquiry about outlets,
timing, policies & reservations.
• Handling corporate reservations coming through sales team with all
correspondences with the companies.
• Replying back to the guest inquiries through social media coming through our E-
Commerce.
• Assisting F&B team in any paper work, or reports needed.
• Making market survey prior to any occasion as NYE, Christmas.
Preparing offers and price lists for all the export deals.
• Following up with the customers after sending the offer & negotiating
prices & discounts.
• Responsible for the shipping procedures from the documents till the
delivery.

• Endorsement all custom documents.
