entire project management and follow-up all administrative, financial and deal with subcontractors and
submitted required materials and follow meetings and all things related project from beginning to end of
the project
LANDSCAPE WORK
HARDSCAPE: check and submit all required shop drawing, material, and as built .work in site for all
hardscape works (Embankment, Pavers, Edging, Grading, . Water falling, wooden and steel work, and
each related works)
SOFTSCAPE: coordinate with sub-contractor (EXOTICA Co.) for all softscape method statement,
check required drawing, submit material (Planting soil, Fertilizer, Mulch, Trees, Palms, Shrubs, And a lot
of materials what’re required for projects.
o FINISHING WORK
Shop drawings, submit material, and work in site for all finishing work \{Plaster render, Tiling work
(Stones tile, porcelain, and ceramic), Doors and Windows, Curtain wall, Metal work, Ceiling, and
Staircases\} .
Design a lot of projects (commercial, healthy, education, private).
Follow the required procedures with municipalities and engineers association
