Working from: Jan-2022 to till date Project: 5X200 MW ESP R&M Projects & 2X500 MW Steam Turbine overhauling. Position: Add. Engineer(Mechanical)/Power plant Location: NTPC Singrauli Super Thermal Power Plant. Singrauli, M.P. India.
Working as a Mechanical Engineer (Power plant project) looking after steam turbine and its auxiliary erection commission & maintenance. Also to be involved in scheduled overhauling/outages of 250 MW TO 500 MW within BHEL PSNR region area power plants especially capital overhauling of steam turbine and generator.
Position: Mechanical Lead (Feed water condensate) Working from: Feb 2021 to Nov 2021. Location: Nawah Energy Company.Barakha Nuclear power plant. Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Work Details: Working as mechanical lead (Feed water condensate) in Outage Maintenance Services- Component Department. With the Pay roll of Doosan Babcock. Pre-outage activity preparation, walk down/planning, verification of spare parts, tools in SAP. Coordinate with store and purchase department for tools and materials inventory. Excellent knowledge in SAP and Maximo. Receive work orders, review assigned work, arranging for necessary materials, tools, equipment and permits to work, assign tasks and follow-up until satisfactory completion.
• Turbine/GEN bearings inspection, Minor/major/Capital overhauling of turbines.
• Erection of turbine, main condenser, heaters, Dia-arators, Heat Exchangers & BOP equipment.
• Online condition monitoring of rotary equipment like Turbines, Multi Stage Pumps, Blowers, Reciprocating and Rotary Compressors, Gear Box, Agitator etc.
• Plan and implement Preventive Maintenance (routine checkup) as per schedule/condition of the rotary equipment.
• Plan and conducting periodic testing, implement routine repair / replacement /overhauling of rotary equipment to ensure integrity and reliability to sustain the plant business continuity.
• Repair and maintenance of rotary equipment like Turbines, Multi Stage Pumps, Blowers, Reciprocating and Rotary Compressors, Gear Box, Agitator etc. during shutdown.
• Maintenance of MDBFP (Motor driven boiler feed pump), TDBFP (Turbine driven boiler feed pump), valves etc. during Shutdown / Turnaround of power plants
• Supervise the work and ensure safety of PEAR (People, Environment, Asset, and Reputation) by ensuring and implementing all safety measures (PTW, Task Risk Assessment, necessary precautionary measure implementations) as per company guidelines and international standard.
• Coordinate and supervise the technical staff involved in the maintenance work during routine / shutdown for efficient outcome.
• Involve FME monitor job during maintenance, outages shutdown activities work going on.
• Implementing the requirements of the environmental and safety programs, including Tag out/Lockout, confined space entry, hot-work, etc.
Location: Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. Panipat refinery, Panipat, Haryana, India.
• Working as a Junior Engineering Assistant -IV in power and utility (Maintenance department.) looking after maintenance & coordinate with Mechanical Foreman of maintenance of HRSG, GT & ST annual overhauling, preventive maintenance of HRSG/Turbines, pumps, compressors etc.
• Involved all type maintenance support activities during maintenance and shutdown jobs.
• During shutdown arranging the material of store & reporting the job and daily progress to Sr. Engineer Maintenance. & involving during maintenance of pumps, seals, bearings & Alignment works of motor and pumps/rotor alignment and coupling. Involve during repairs, replaces and services corrosion equipment components.
• Carrying out Preventive and Break down maintenance of Rotating and static equipments. Operational support services and troubleshooting machinery problems in case of breakdown.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Maintaining equipment maintenance history. Maintaining good housekeeping standards.
