Major responsibilities & duties:
-Maintain high standard follow up.
-Serve as the right hand of G.M.
-Managing the daily calendar for the G.M and making sure to attend all the internal and abroad meetings.
-Represent the G.M and the Group in a professional and congenial manner in person(during meetings and events), in telephone conversations and written correspondence.

-Actively seeking feedback from customers on a regular basis, get to know the regular guests and acknowledge repeat custom and ensure customer requests and feedback, both verbal and written are responded to promptly and efficiently.
-Maintain and further enhance relationships within the immediate locality, namely residents and demonstrate a high standard of personal presentation, ensuring good personal hygiene of self and team.
-Assisting in management/running of staff meetings, ensuring the team is fully briefed and action points are recorded and achieved.
-Review and communicate financial information to assist in proactive and timely decision making.
-Manage monthly stock-takes and review results and variances with relevant departments.
-Develop and implement staffing and business plans to achieve business target.
