 Maintaining the Infotype 185 of labor card, residency visa and passport information for all employees in SAP system to have proper information to be sent to MOL/Central Bank UAE.
 Responsible for encoding and maintaining all documentation of employee’s dependents IT0021/IT073 in KBR SAP system to be able to get the report of everything in case of Emergency.
 Responsible for the petty cash of Government Relations for Abu Dhabi /Dubai MOL and TECOM transactions.
 Dispatch Medical Insurance Cards, Reimbursement Claim Cheques to the designated employees / designated department timely.
