Knowledge of the recruitment process by conducting candidate searches on online portals, sourcing candidates through referrals, dealing with agencies, processing offer letters, conducting reference checks etc.

Responsible to follow up the joining and leaving formalities of the employees.
Responsible for the employee joiners process which includes processing visas, creating employee records in the HRIS, creation of network IDs, assist with opening of bank accounts, ensure workstation, a computer and land phone are available, provide employee handbooks, stationary etc., conduct HR inductions, arrange for medical insurance cards and provide business requirement company mobile phone, company car, etc.
Manages the employee leavers process which includes ensuring completion of business related handover, clearances from Finance, cancellation of visa, End-of-Service benefits payments, advising banks, retrieval of company assets, IDs and access cards, cancellation of passes, medical insurance etc., conducts exit interviews etc. .
Provides prompt support for lease renewals and provides all letters and other services or information within agreed time frames
Maintaining the Infotype 185 of labor card, residency visa and passport information for all employees in SAP system to have proper information to be sent to MOL/Central Bank UAE.
Responsible for encoding and maintaining all documentation of employee’s dependents IT0021/IT073 in KBR SAP system to be able to get the report of everything in case of Emergency.
Responsible for the petty cash of Government Relations for Abu Dhabi /Dubai MOL and TECOM transactions.
Dispatch Medical Insurance Cards, Reimbursement Claim Cheques to the designated employees / designated department timely.
Responsible for expediting actions and procedures relating to the processing of visas, work permits, licenses, security passes, and other government established formalities in country.
Responsible to follow up the joining and leaving formalities of the employees.
Assisting PROs and check visa processing if every application is completed in a timely manner.
Responsible for maintaining the record of employee’s record and reminding all employees for all their emirates ID applications and renewals, passport renewals, residency and labor card renewals.
Preparing online business visit visa applications. (EDNRD)
Preparing online residency & work permit applications for all DIC employees.
Responsible for global Verification of employment of all SEII, OAS and GPS employees.
Perform administration duties related to the company.
Follow up with the Health Insurance Company/staff as appropriate to ensure all pending requests are cleared without delays to ensure employee satisfaction
Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
Coordinate with relevant HR teams to collate information (photographs, Visa copy, Passport copy, required for employee enrollment into the Company Insurance Scheme timely.
Responsible to follow up on insurance related matters within the set policies and procedures.
Ensure cancellation of Medical Insurance for new resigned employees on a monthly basis.
