 Water pumps Status: Hourly checking on the status of the following pumps, for its discharge pressure, temperature and its physical working condition : Jet pumps, Submersible pumps, Cold DM pumps, Hot DM pumps, Soft water pumps on cooling and chilled water pumps.
 Condensers/ Evaporators for Chillers: Pressure, Temperature, Valves status (leak-free), expansion valve, pneumatic valves and air supply, refrigerant content, motors status as its amperage ratings and temperature.
