In charge of all PACKING PLANT operations including manpower activities and machineries.
Responsible for every activity done on the packing area, from costumer reception, product loading and discharge from the plant.
Ensure good working environment from each of my colleague, conduct training to the operators for the cycle of activities be done daily.
In-charge of coordinating to the sales personnel for any product orders as well as to the Quality Control Department for the approval of the product to be loaded and delivered.
In- charge of plant start- up and shutdown composed of the following area:
Raw Gypsum Transport
Milling and Calcining (Claudius Peters)
Operates Ball Mill (Claudius Peters’ Mill)
Operates Hot Gas Generator ( SAACKE )
Operates Slide Gate Valves, Flow Control Valves, Pneumatic controlled valves
Stucco storage and Packing area
Perform daily machine and pipeline check-up
Instruct field operator for field activities, emergency shutdowns, start -up and plant shutdown.
In charge in charging operation of PVC resin polymerization process.
Assumes the responsibility of the Shift Engineer during of his absence.
Responsible in PVC plant start-up & shutdown procedure.
Monitors product quality, checks raw material specifications by coordinating with the quality control department.
Check availability of chemicals and their weights according to recipe specifications.
Check equipments, vessels, tanks and lines before charging has been made.
Operates PIC and TIC Foxboro controller.
Operates YOKOGAWA US1000DIC and DAQ STATION CONTROLLER, which maintain polymerization reaction temperature.
Coordinates with the Offsite operators regarding the process requirements, Such as steam, cooling tower water, chilled water, Demineralized Water, and instrument air.
Zone Fire Captain.
Ensures safety during the entire operation.
Prepares enclose vessel entry permit during repair & maintenance of reactors & blend tanks.
-Responsible for the status monitoring of the following:
Cold and Hot DM tanks:Hourly checking of the Resistivity/Conductivity, Volume, Temperature of the water inside the tank.
Soft water tanks:Hourly checking of its TDS and hardness, pH level, Volume and Temperature.
Water pumps Status: Hourly checking on the status of the following pumps, for its discharge pressure, temperature and its physical working condition : Jet pumps, Submersible pumps, Cold DM pumps, Hot DM pumps, Soft water pumps on cooling and chilled water pumps.
Condensers/ Evaporators for Chillers: Pressure, Temperature, Valves status (leak-free), expansion valve, pneumatic valves and air supply, refrigerant content, motors status as its amperage ratings and temperature.

Regenerated Softener tanks
Regenerated CATION and ANION de-ionizer tanks
Regenerated Mixed Bed De-ionizer tank
Regenerated Depth Filter
Prepared brine solution as softener regenerant
Prepared Caustic Soda Solution as Anion Bed Deionizer Regenerant
Prepared Hydrochloric acid as Cation Bed Deionizer Regenerant
Run pumps and motors for water transfer to the production line, boilers and general services areas
Filled -up tanks with passing marked quality as per QC analysts.
Coordinated with boiler operator for any water-feeding problems and adjustments
In- charge of power failure activities, power transfer from main power line to plant generators in case of power blackout
Monitored the Vilter Unit and Vent condenser
Run pumps and motors (Centrifugal and positive displacement)
Prepared Shortstop solution
Prepared Caustic Soda solution
Prepared Polystat solution
Performed Recovery operation
Prepared chemicals for production
Prepared and cleaned reactor prior to charging
Prepared and cleaned Blend tanks for change of products
Perform leak test in pipeline, motors and tanks
