Releasing offer by following the hiring scales given by clients, ensuring the new hire to join within the given timeline.
Experienced with handling major banks in UAE with good portfolio of candidates.
Well versed with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Handling more than 300+ staff with all their queries and grievances.
Coordinating with clients on daily basis on their requirements and requests.
Induct & orient new candidates about the benefits, policies of the company.
Liaising with PRO regarding the visa applications and visa stampings.
Coordinating with insurance companies on insurance addition, renewal request.
Manage the Payroll & attendance of candidates along with processing their salary.
Preparation of the budgeting of the employees as requested by clients.
Auditing the files as per requirement of clients.
Calculate & manage annual leaves according to the policy in concern with UAE laws.
Coordinate with clients in calculation of End Of Service Benefits and ensuring timely disbursement to exiting employees.
Off-boarding process - preparation of cancellation documents, gratuity and final settlement.
Conducting reference checks for ex employees.
Maintain exhaustive database for easy reference and delivery of various reports.
Maintain and issue various letters like salary certificates, warning letters, salary slips to employees on timely basis based on client’s request & employee’s requirement.
Keep a check on confirmation of employees in concern with the client’s assessment on performance of the employees.
Prepare and maintain employee files & letters (Hard copies and soft copies through software - HRMS)

Recruitment & On-boarding
Managing the entire life cycle of Recruitment Process from reviewing, evaluating and short‐listing profiles. Preparing a proper Job Profile along with companies details for candidate’s reference.
Scrutinizing the Documents of all the employees before hiring to complete the joining formalities, collecting the document and verifying the same.
Responsible for managing and leading a team to support various HR activities, organized training sessions for employees based on their Training Need Analysis (TNA) to improve quality of workforce and benefit the organization at large.
Ensuring all work is processed in line with the client’s instructions and regulatory guidelines as per the agreed SLA.
Well verse with Hirecraft (Rapid) software which is used for end‐to end HR activities on system & maintaining the database of Employee Joining.
Preparing and managing the monthly PPT presentation of the daily activities. Analyzing the existing processes and identifies areas of improvement. Highlight & take them up with the concerned teams for resolution.
Establish defined quality standards for all work aspects of the organization. Make decisions to investigate and resolve data quality issues.
Co-ordinate with Employees, Regional HR, Zonal HR, and Vendor on Pan India level for insufficiency & major discrepancy cases.
Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly HR-MIS and sharing the same to the top management.
Background Verification:
Scanning the docs for background verification & sending the same to the vendor along with the long form & Excel Sheet, follow ups with the employees to provide documents if not submitted, maintenance of Master data Background verification.
Maintaining the HR Data Base (Joining, Confirmations, Exits), and regularly update the personnel information, HRIS Data Entry.
Taking follow ups of Major & Minor Discrepancy reports.
Sharing Ex-employment verification if required.
