• Participating in the development of PSEA and safeguarding related tools and monitoring their
implementation
• Participating in the capacity building of ACTED staff to increase their capacity to fulfill
standards and expectations on PSEA
• Contributing to developing awareness materials for communities and for staff
• Assisting the PSEA Officer during interviews with SEA female complainants and survivors and
responsible for following up with them
• Conducting FGDs and individual meetings with female staff on all bases
• Participate in the PSEA Networks workshops, TOT, and other training planned by the
Networks
• Support in field visits to schools and Field directorates.
• Support in collecting school relevant data.
• Support in proper filing and archiving school relevant data.
• Support in photo documentation at school level and archiving the pictures in the photo data base.
• Support in the preparation of TORS for local contracts up to 2500 EUR.
• Support in translation of project documents and invoices when needed.
• Support in organizing and preparation of events (online and physical) and official visits.
• Support in the documentation of the official visits and events including photos and/or videos.
• Any other relevant tasks upon the request of the direct superior.
• Support in overseeing the implementation of the current GIZ Partnership Agreements, making sure partners follow their programmatic obligations and financial implement their activities in accordance with GIZ strategy and priorities
• Provide logistic and finance departments with document related to the staff needs.
• Review mapping activities results, and provide weekly status report, including the required analysis.
• Support projects with various forms of administrative and logistics support.
• Make sure data Archiving is being done correctly using the agreed place and code of documentation.
• Assisting in additional tasks and activities as needed and required by M&E.
• Reaching the local CBOs to conduct YEP& PSS activities.
• Identifying the children risks, vulnerabilities, strength and needed support.
• Working with supervisor and managers to arrange case meeting for complex cases and ensure children receive multidisciplinary support.
• Ability to provide the beneficiaries YEP& PSS (Youth empowerment program & Psychosocial support) activities sessions in Zarqa center & remotely.
• Developing a case plan/care plan for the child together with the child and his/her family.
• Working closely with the Field Program Officer to ensure effective providing youth empowerment program and psychosocial support within internal SOPs of volunteers and YEP manual.
• Providing psychosocial support and youth empowerment program in Zarqa and ensure providing the activities by suitable schedule.
• Developing a case plan/care plan for the child together with the child and his/her family.
• Monitoring on-going care plan development with special attention to access to schools.

• Conducting outreach activity in order to implement YEP& PSS activities.
• Providing the Field program officer the documents of the sessions and beneficiaries, Attendance sheet, registration, consent, work plans and forms.
• Ability to apply community projects with YEP beneficiaries for the local community.
• Enabling to apply any further duties from the direct supervisor.
• Guiding clients in the development of skills and strategies for dealing with their problems
• Counseling clients, individually, to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, and making changes.
• Refer clients to other services or to specialists as necessary.
• Counseling family members to assist them in understanding, dealing with, and supporting clients.
• Conducting registration and initial assessment for all OOSC “Out of school children” cases.
• Conducting BIA (including section 3) for all OOSC.
• Monitoring on-going care plan development with special attention to access to schools.
• Reads through or listens to material in one language, ascertains understanding of the meaning and context of that material, and converts it into a second language, making sure to preserve the original meaning
• Translates online, video, and television media by providing subtitles
• Consults with subject matter experts and other colleagues in order to understand specialized concepts and translate them appropriately
• Refers to online translation tools for additional assistance with translation
• Provides clients with quotes based on project length and level of complexity
• Follows up with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding
• Uses highly specialized translation software to encourage efficiency and consistency
• Adheres to industry quality standards established by the Association of Translation Companies to ensure that all completed work follows legal and ethical obligations
• Translates a variety of documents including literary, legal, research, technical, scientific, educational, and commercial materials
• Check original texts or confer with authors to ensure that translations retain the content, meaning, and feeling of the original material.
• Check translations of technical terms and terminology to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions.
• Discuss translation requirements with clients, and determine any fees to be charged for services provided.
• Read written materials such as legal documents, scientific works, or news reports, and rewrite material into specified languages.
• Refer to reference materials such as dictionaries, lexicons, encyclopedias, and computerized terminology banks as needed to ensure translation accuracy.
