Lead on the "Durable Solutions Forum" activities for Syrian refugee-lead organizations. Maintaining a network of Syrian civil society organizations based in Jordan and Lebanon and liaising with and coordinating engagement of Syrian and other regional civil society organizations in workshops and trainings. I also assessed training needs and developed trainings on durable solutions and advocacy with external consultants. Non-Governmental Organization (INGO)
-Managing economic growth and economic reform projects in Jordan under the DFID and FCO funded Conflict, Security and Stability Fund (CSSF) providing guidance and mentoring to implementing partners while ensuring effectiveness in delivery to meet targets. This included financial management, strategic input, and overseeing activities planned under each project cycle.

Assisting managing the project cycle from inception to evaluation (including financial management and media strategy implementation) of local democracy projects with Jordanian civil society organizations under the FCO Arab Partnership Participation Fund (APPF). The portfolio included 5 projects on themes spanning youth political participation, local governance, and women empowerment
