Acting Country Representative in Jordan and represent the organization externally and coordinate with other actors including Japanese embassy and various Government authorities, and follow up on project expenses to be in line with project budget.
Managing projects, including financial and technical management, donor’s relations management, stakeholder’s management, direct supervision of implementation, reporting, projects initiation and closing out of projects.
Lead and manage protection, education and agricultural program, and coordinate with different governmental institutions, Human Rights center, HT university, local and international organizations, Embassy of Japan and MOSD minister.
Manage and plan for various projects activities in coordination with MOSD including Project plans, timelines, framework, budgets and track it on daily basis.
Define needs for training and capacity building and conduct capacity building activities for the staff, through staff appraisal and regular staff meetings.
Identify, analyze and evaluate the activities and gaps in the implementation of the team activities and make recommendations for improvement.
Develop processes, tools, and guidelines to ensure smooth project management and implementation
Develop professional relationships with different stakeholders and manage all external technical coordination related to the areas of responsibility.
Ensure monitoring and evaluation is integrated into program and project design from the outset based on different donor requirements.
Implementation for risk management activities in line with the MoSD.
Preparing annual and quarterly report along with financial reports, and participate in writing proposals.
Develop proposals for Jordan and the region
Ensure that different projects are implemented effectively within the time frame and clear spending plan.
Assess the rejoin by having a clear understanding for the surrounding context to develop effective programs, considering security status.
Prepare high quality proposals for new funding opportunities, in line with country representative based of different donor requirements.
Support communication and media activities in relation with different projects.
Responsible for site visits. Represents with external/internal visitors to site, donors, and partners.
Leading the feedback and complaints mechanism in order to ensure the effectives of our activities.
Design actions and creative solutions to ensure high quality implementation of different activities.
Coordination with different partners and prepare for the collaboration agreements.
Monthly budget follow ups, and prepare for procurement plan and monitor different procurement processes.
Being a key member in assessing and identifying Ukrainian crises needs, by Conducting emergency assessment in Romania and Ukraine, meeting with possible partners on the ground, writing concept notes and proposals.
Taking responsibilities for community sensitization and mobilization regarding Health; mental health, GBV along with having rich experience in Education, Protection and WASH services.
Ensuring that the reporting and documentation of all processes is complete.
Coordinating with Ministry of Youth (MoY) to develop new proposals for youth in different locations in Jordan.
Awareness raising sessions for the host community about First aid.
•Participate in developing handbook for FA.
Manage four different WASH projects in different implementation areas.
Managing different projects plans including, timeline, Project framework, budgets and track the project in daily basis
Apply the quality standards and donor requirements.
Monitor the progress of the team activities and ensure the implemented conform planning,

Develop term of references and consultation agreements.

Develop and create water conservation plan handbook and disseminated to different governmental institutions and local communities.

Review and update IEC materials and ensure that the needed material is produced in line with donor requirements.
Ensure that projects activities target the needs of beneficiaries, explores and asses new and better ways to meet their needs, especially during COVID-19 pandemic.
Ensure Management of WASH activities in line with the proposals and donor requirements

Cross Border Program.
•Make sure that medical activities are running smoothly and efficiently in all supported facilities, including communication with facility managers and staff.
•Programmatic and program quality follow up with supported facilities (regarding patients flow management, medical procedure, provision of services, distributions, capacity building and management of facilities) communicating gaps in capacity and program delivery.
•Analyse and revise the data from the field, check accuracy and conduct analysis, crosschecking the data with analysis and reports delivered by pharmacist.
•Assist the Field Medical Manager in define needs for training and capacity building and conduct capacity building activities for staff of supported health facilities and community health workers.
•Implementation of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
•Participate to the performance evaluation of the health teams.
•Ensure that there is proper recording and reporting system in place.
•Collaborate to raise Medical order as needed.
•Liaison with Protection team for referral and Joint activities.
•Coordination with Community Health Workers Officer regarding CHW program.

•Attend Health related meetings, and act as a focal point for RI supported health facilities in southern Syria.
Za’atari refugee camp
•Attend Coordination meeting in Za’atari camp
•Coordinate with local authorities including MoH, UNHCR, UNFPA and other health partners in Zaatari camp.
•Provide over all support to the clinic team through engaging in monthly HIS meetings
•Facilitate M&E meetings at the clinic each month to review clinic trends and feedback progress to the clinical team.
•Act as liaison officer/focal point for all the referral conducted at IRC health facility
•Ensure proper registration and integration with referral system and set up a referral feedback system.
•Ensure that all the standard operating procedures are followed while providing referral services to the patients.
•Ensure functional integration with other programs, especially child protection programme in the camp.
•Tracking clinical staff training and capacity building activities
•Identify gaps and facilitate trainings according to the identified gaps
•Adhere to and maintain timely monthly/ weekly reporting system and ensure that monthly/weekly report on vaccination and HIS is prepared.
Al Mafraq
•Assist in the implementation and oversee the community health education programme in the northern governorate of Jordan
•Responsible for the selection and training of community health volunteers (CHV).
•Provide support and supervision to the community health volunteers
•Adhere to and maintain timely monthly reporting system and ensure that monthly report on health promotion activities is prepared.
•Ensure close collaboration with coordinators from other NGOs and working groups where necessary.
•Liaise and coordinate with other agencies, partners and MoH on referrals that are made through the community program.
•Attend and participate in coordination meetings related to community health and other meetings with different NGOs.
•Ensure that vulnerability criteria are used correctly to select beneficiaries for the cash for health program.
•Establish and support a functioning referral system to relevant health and nutrition services.
•Develop appropriate Open Data Kit forms.
