 Acting Country Representative in Jordan and represent the organization externally and coordinate with other actors including Japanese embassy and various Government authorities, and follow up on project expenses to be in line with project budget.
 Managing projects, including financial and technical management, donor’s relations management, stakeholder’s management, direct supervision of implementation, reporting, projects initiation and closing out of projects.
 Lead and manage protection, education and agricultural program, and coordinate with different governmental institutions, Human Rights center, HT university, local and international organizations, Embassy of Japan and MOSD minister.
 Manage and plan for various projects activities in coordination with MOSD including Project plans, timelines, framework, budgets and track it on daily basis.
 Define needs for training and capacity building and conduct capacity building activities for the staff, through staff appraisal and regular staff meetings.
 Identify, analyze and evaluate the activities and gaps in the implementation of the team activities and make recommendations for improvement.
 Develop processes, tools, and guidelines to ensure smooth project management and implementation
 Develop professional relationships with different stakeholders and manage all external technical coordination related to the areas of responsibility.
 Ensure monitoring and evaluation is integrated into program and project design from the outset based on different donor requirements.
 Implementation for risk management activities in line with the MoSD.
 Preparing annual and quarterly report along with financial reports, and participate in writing proposals.
 Develop proposals for Jordan and the region
 Ensure that different projects are implemented effectively within the time frame and clear spending plan.
 Assess the rejoin by having a clear understanding for the surrounding context to develop effective programs, considering security status.
 Prepare high quality proposals for new funding opportunities, in line with country representative based of different donor requirements.
 Support communication and media activities in relation with different projects.
 Responsible for site visits. Represents with external/internal visitors to site, donors, and partners.
 Leading the feedback and complaints mechanism in order to ensure the effectives of our activities.
 Design actions and creative solutions to ensure high quality implementation of different activities.
 Coordination with different partners and prepare for the collaboration agreements.
 Monthly budget follow ups, and prepare for procurement plan and monitor different procurement processes.
 Being a key member in assessing and identifying Ukrainian crises needs, by Conducting emergency assessment in Romania and Ukraine, meeting with possible partners on the ground, writing concept notes and proposals.
 Taking responsibilities for community sensitization and mobilization regarding Health; mental health, GBV along with having rich experience in Education, Protection and WASH services.
 Ensuring that the reporting and documentation of all processes is complete.
 Coordinating with Ministry of Youth (MoY) to develop new proposals for youth in different locations in Jordan.

•Make sure that medical activities are running smoothly and efficiently in all supported facilities, including communication with facility managers and staff.
