Key Accomplishments:
• Improved the nationalization employments of the sales floor team by providing the attractive work environment inside our stores and building an excellent reputation in the Saudi workforce market to reach up to 55%.
• Achieved tremendous growth in sales value within the assigned region ( +45% ) in two years only, mainly driven by the mature stores performance uplift.
• Working closely with CRM team to move the brand from traditional retail services to Customer Centric experience by working in a 360 project plan which resulted in raising the customer satisfaction factor (Net Promoters Score) from an average of +21% to an average of +42%.

• Successfully implemented feminisation project (Phase1), by replacing 6 stores out of 20 to be 100% national feminisation operating to align with new Saudi regulations to convert fashion retail stores to be 100% ladies.

• Grew the business value within the assigned region by 35% in four years as a result of successful expansion to reach to 98 stores operated in 16 cities in KSA as well as maintain the healthy growth in LFL figures.
• Negotiated successful deals to get new hot locations in new and existing malls in KSA in which their revenues and return of investment were astonishing.
• Rewarded the Golden Star CEO award for achieving outstanding KPI results in 2010-2011 financial year despite the economic global challenges at that time.
• Successful implemented nationalisation employment to be aligned with new Saudi labour ministry regulations to reach up to 40% to be the market leader in nationalization employment in retail sector between 2009 and 2011.
