Interprets consecutively or near-simultaneously in support of the training of Ministry of the National Guard personnel. Translates programs of instruction, courses, or other documents as directed by the SME Instructor. Provides quality control and technical guidance to interpreter/translators. Uses Translation Memories, term bases, and specialized dictionaries and glossaries to ensure the consistency of the translated materials. Ensures that the interpreted or translated concept is accurately conveyed, both is Arabic and in English. Ensures that the translated text is cohesive and coherent. Self-checks translated materials for grammar, spilling, and punctuation accuracy prior to their submission. Performs duties in an office, classroom, or outdoors and field environment during the day or night as required. Performs other duties as required.
