Actually, i am now working in a department called ATM monitoring in Alinma head office after service desk engineer. We checked the ATM issues using some systems like Base 24, Unix and HOPSM. We are always contact with ATM monitoring level 2 team for critical issues
Working with a team for decribe the issues that come from the branches of Alinmabank and trying to resolve them or move the issues to support teams after describe the problem, Working with some applications that help to resolve some of the issues like:( HPSM for opening tickets with describing the problems to teams - SCCM System Center Configuration Manger for taking the p's of users remotly to resolving some issues that we can resolve them - Active Directory for unlock users accounts and reseting the passwords for users if it possible also follow up issues through emails- Outlook and calls.
Also i had an Experience in Security
Administration as a control room supervisor
As a control room supervisor, we make reports for branches, ATMs and security guards using special systems.
