I've started with Orange Jordan in DEC-2004 as a Senior Database Administrator with a team of 4 members providing technical support for all ORACLE databases installed on different platforms at main and disaster recovery sites.

Then in June 2006, I have been appointed as Database Management Team Leader of the team which have (5) DBA's, and I was responsible for performing all administrative tasks, leading my team, and managing/participating projects related to database management in Orange Jordan.

Then in April 2008, I've promoted to be a Database & Middleware Services Manager, which is divided into 4 sections with (20) employees, current responsibilities are:
•Managing and supporting different IT applications/tools to serve Orange call centers, shops, and corporate such as Billing, CRM, ERP, Reporting tools (Data Warehouse & BI), Intranet/Internet Portals … etc.
•Coordinates and responds to business requests for changes with Database & Application Administrators engagements.
•Managing the IT infrastructure & systems engineering team, who are responsible for the design and architecture of any IT project.

•Software Assets Management (SAM) manager for Orange Jordan, this program is managed by France Telecom Group, and I am the contact person who is representing Jordan for any issue related to SW licenses management and its inventory control with all software vendors such as Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, SAP, SYMANTEC, EMC, HP, BMC, TIBCO … etc.
•Capacity planning, architecture, and design of Database & Middleware services.
•Monitors the ongoing engagements, developments, maintain technical and site database & application documentation.
•Securing Orange systems environments, and insure of applying the required security & vulnerability assessment exercises to preserve our high level of security on Database & Middleware services.
•Directs team leaders to make changes to database management systems and application integration systems. Reviews and corrects settings, configurations and designs.

Then in July 2017, I've assigned to be a Corporate Solutions Manager based on new company organization, which is divided into 2 sections, as follow:
•Infrastructure & systems Engineering.
•Corporate Applications Development.

Oracle database Installation and Configuration.
•Oracle database creation and administration.
•Oracle database backup and recovery.
•Oracle database network administration.
•Oracle database performance & tuning.
•Oracle database upgrade and migration.

SQL and PL/SQL.
•Triggers, procedures, and packages.
•Build Forms.
•Build Reports.
•Web deployment using Forms & Reports Server (3-Tier Architecture).
