• Supervise facility management operations across 3 regions (Central, Western, Eastern), covering more than 30+ buildings/sites and ensuring service quality.
• Lead the establishment and implementation of the Facility Management department’s structure, processes, KPIs, and annual operating plans.

• Supervise civil and finishing works on site to ensure full compliance with drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards.
• Inspect and approve finishing items (flooring, painting, doors, ceilings, etc.) and selected structural elements.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve site issues, remove obstacles, and keep progress on schedule.
• Prepare daily and weekly site reports, documenting progress, quality issues, and required corrective actions for management.
