•Acting as Director of Legal Affairs, Chairman of the Investigations Committee, and Chairman of the government Requirement‘s Follow-up Such as “General Court of Audit (GCA) - NAZAHA.
•Aligning with the company’s objectives, legal regulations, policy and internal systems, to protect Company interests and mitigate financial and legal risks.

•Acting as Vice President of Administrative and Financial Affairs, and Vice President of Planning and Development and Chairman of the Investigations Committee, Vice-Chairman of the Corporation’s Competitions and Purchases Committee, and Chairman of the Bids Examination Committee and the Pre- and Post-Qualification Committees.
•Organizing the work of the legal department within the institution, and providing legal advice to the Board of Directors in accordance with the Organization laws and regulations.
•Developing legal procedures and updating policies and regulations of the organization in accordance to national and international legislation.
•Providing legal advice to Organization management and other departments on legal issues related to the organization’s activities
•Dealing with legal disputes, in front of the courts, and representing Organization in front of ministries.
•Leading negotiation and amicably settling disputes.
•Participated in a large number of committees in the organization and assisted with legal expertise in the decision-making process. I was one of the members of the privatization and merger committees for the railway transportation sectors.
•Having Experience in the Government Tenders and Procurement System as well as the legislative, commercial and labor regulations and laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
•Experience in drafting and studying commercial contracts, including leasing contracts, insurance contracts, operation and maintenance contracts, and dry port contracts and operation

•Representing the institution in judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, submitting memorandums, defending, and negotiating
•Drafted the legal opinion, to facilitate the organization's decision-making processes.
•Conducted comprehensive legal analyzes and meticulous research, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the legal issues
