• Involved with the project EMAAR Sea-Point Beach Front Hotel, Dubai remotely in Sri
Lanka at CCIS (Pvt). Ltd
• Used 5D BIM Cubicost tool mainly to take off quantities and preparation of BOQ.
• Modeled the 3D design podium part of the building project using 5D BIM Cubicost
software.
• Involved in preparing BOQ using the Cubicost software with the POMI
measurement rule.
