- Leading HelpDesk support
- Liaise with the IT Services Manager in preparation of IT budget and implement with due diligence. To
maintain up-to-date and accurate records of IT end user assets at all times.
- Perform daily analysis and reporting of production status, and determine root cause to eliminate or reduce
recurrence of concerns that affect the business adversely.
- Develop new production control processes to reduce outages, and improve processes to enhance
effectiveness and efficiency.
- Implement enhancements and changes in production environment to enhance IT support to the business.
- Record and report production incidents and liaise with cross-functional teams for effective resolution.
- Create and develop a technical and operational procedures document for reference purposes as required.
- Adhere to and enforce corporate security policies and procedures to effective maintain data confidentiality.
- Liaise with business units and customers for product planning, problem resolution and improvement to
enhance the IT system support to our business.
- Monitor and control project budgets throughout the product lifecycle and ensure accurate adherence.
- Maintain product procurement and licensing details to ensure efficient lead times and timely renewals.
