• Managing the entire Supply Chain operation.
• Ensure robust production and materials scheduling at site in order to keep the continuity of supplies for the consumers and to ensure that the products are not out of stock.
• Ensure that the site warehouses are kept in compliance with the GMP, EHS & Regulatory commitments.
• Coordinating the customer demand in an efficient and effective manner with the site functions as well as with the Contract Manufacturers to meet the customer’s expectations and all business objectives.
• Ensure timely clearance of consignments from customs.
• Ensure that the inventory is kept at an optimum level as per the Site’s Stock Policy in order to meet the company’s working capital targets.
• Ensure full support of the Logistics department in all cross functional projects and initiatives.
• Play an integral role in the end to end supply chain by maintaining a close liaison with the Supply and Demand Distribution warehouses.
• Ensure that a robust Risk Management Process is in place and in use within the Logistics function.
• Ensure QMS compliance within the Logistics function.
• Planning delivery timetables

• Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand
• Overseeing the ordering and packaging process
• Monitoring stock levels
• Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination
• Overseeing arrival of shipments

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage the procurement of goods at the local market
- Arrange for and compare quotations, according to WHH guidelines
- Prepare tender documents
- Prepare comparative documents
- Negotiate costs and order goods
- Arrange for and co-ordinate the delivery of goods
- Inspect delivered materials and arrange for replacement if defective
- Regularly evaluate the suppliers’ performance and search the market for alternatives
- Check invoice, delivery receipts and other papers, sign and submit them for payment
- Prepare delivery notes
- Inform projects/programs of location and time of delivery
- Keeping updated list of suppliers, construction companies approved of Economy & RRD departments.
• Coordinates the interface between logistics functions such as procurement, transportation,
and warehousing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost effective.
• Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and are met and communicated to management.
• Comply with all applicable company directives, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinates activities involving the customer, other organizations, and/or company functions.
• Track shipments from issuance of Purchase Order to delivery to final destination. Contact suppliers, service providers, and end users to resolve order and shipment discrepancies.
• Track and monitor priority requests, verify packing lists and other documentation involving materials received from suppliers for delivery to customers at various sites.
• Inform management and customer of delivery status.
• Update databases and other reporting tools to maintain visibility of shipment status
Job Description:- Responsible for Foreign / Local procurement of Basic raw materials, Packaging materials, Machinery, Industrial equipments, Lab equipments, Chemicals, Perfume Oil, Alcohol perfumery grade, Computer hardware, Spare parts, Maintain & renual Contracts, preparing list for CUSTOM EXEMPTION, Shipment follow up, making and submitting reports.
• Leads the procurement function and oversees all aspects of purchasing, negotiations, strategy, tool and process implementation for procurement related to goods and services.
• Provides leadership and direction to the procurement organization. Manages and develops resources to deliver business partner satisfaction and achievement of overall business and financial objectives.
• Negotiates favorable contractual terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Delivers on cost reduction commitments through the identification, development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Develops and implements efficiencies, standardized tools, practices and procedures shortening the quotation, RFP and decision making and evaluation time.
• Develops, implements and maintains procurement policies and review on a regular basis to ensure relevance and conformance with best practices and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.

• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellent leadership skills including clearly demonstrated global perspective and understanding of factors impacting businesses and their suppliers
• Excellent supplier management skills including demonstrated ability to develop and manage business driven supplier executive relationships.
• Proven track record of successfully managing risk.
• Possess solid computer skills (proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with an ERP system (BaaN).
• Proven ability to be hands on within a heavy workload environment.
• Able to manage a multitude of projects simultaneously

Oversees and administration of company's LAN (Local Area Network)
Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions a major modifications to hardware and software infrastructure.
Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
Works with project teams to help implement Internal Systems.
