Work as Indirect Sales Area Manager to manage both ( POSs, IPOs & Direct Distribution outlets) in terms of:
• Business Development in this field and The ability to apply CITC regulations on our business smoothly and without disturbing business.

At Zain, I am here To Manage and Develop EVD business operation in terms of volume target, expansion, plans, product availability, In addition to the above responsibilities, the below are my tasks in the department. • Determine a target each terminal. • Determine the need of expansionist for terminals. • Determine the distribution of the terminals in areas • Follow-up the sales of the terminals. • Assist for partners to expand • Provide solutions (technical and sales) to the problems of the partners in the market • Identify the target of each partner • Split targets areas • Verify and validate information provided by partners • Ensure the field visits carried out by staff • Ensure to achieve the sales targets • Adjust the attendance of staff • Improve the performance of team work • Improve the performance of partners • Prepare detailed reports about sales • Prepare detailed reports about the coverage and spreading
