• To identify potential customers and paln and carry out marketing/sales activities for mass market products to the customers.
• To provide and maintain, on an ongoing basis, a daily sales reports, forecasting and any other records which may be required by the team leader to keep up-to-date records of sales and performance
• Database generation
• To perform daily activities that includes;meet new prospective customers daily
• Coordinate with company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
• Ensure all compliance and bank guidelines are met and maintain acceptable portfolio quality
• Gather market intelligence on competitor products ensuring awareness about competitor offerings
• To provide customer service which exceeds the customers expectation by delivering an unbiased, competent, timely and problem free service for all mass market products & banking needs.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Maitaining confidentiality of company/customer documents and information
• Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
• Other duties are assigned.
